Hi,
So I was looking at the site again and the button thing still isn't right. I think it was on the services page? Or maybe the homepage. It was blue. Or green. I don't remember. But it definitely doesn't look right.
Also the spacing is off on that page with the photos. You know the one I mean. And can you make the font bigger everywhere? My colleague said she couldn't read it on her phone. Or maybe it was her laptop. Anyway it's too small.
Oh and I sent you a Loom yesterday about the contact form but I think I rambled for like 8 minutes sorry lol. The actual issue is at like minute 6 I think? Maybe 5. Somewhere in there.
Can we hop on a call about this? I'm free Thursday. Actually no, Friday. Wait let me check...

You open a 6-minute Loom. You scrub through 4 minutes of throat-clearing to find 20 seconds of actual feedback. You pause. You type. You re-watch. You interpret. You guess what they meant. Then you do it again next week.
That's not a feedback process. That's archaeology.
Not another annotation tool. Not another Loom alternative.
The full loop — from what they said to what you ship.
One line of code. Works everywhere — React, Next.js, WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Squarespace, plain HTML. Your client sees a small floating button. That's it.
<script src="givefeedback.dev/widget.js"
data-api-key="your-key" />Your client speaks, GiveFeedback turns that into structured tasks — each with a description, the page it refers to, a timestamp, and an effort estimate. No transcription app. No manual tagging. One recording becomes a prioritized task list before you finish your coffee.
Scope creep isn't a communication problem. It's a visibility problem. When your client can see the points, they make the call — not you. Every task comes with an effort estimate, so exceeding scope is a conscious decision, not an accident.
Pixel-perfect playback of exactly what your client saw. Their voice narrates the timeline. Click any task to jump to the exact moment they mentioned it.
Select the tasks your client approved. GiveFeedback generates a copy-paste developer brief — referencing actual HTML elements, CSS classes, and button IDs.
Invite your team with role-based access. Share a link with your client — no account needed. They can view tasks, set priorities, and approve scope.
Custom colors. Remove the branding. Domain whitelisting. Make it feel like your studio's tool, because it is.
GiveFeedback was born inside a web design studio. We build websites and apps for clients, and we got tired of the same cycle: vague feedback, endless revision calls, scope creep with no paper trail.
Client opens the staging site, clicks the button, talks through what they see
AI extracts every task with effort estimates
Client sees the points, decides what's in scope, and prioritizes
We select approved tasks, generate a prompt, paste into our AI tool, ship the fix
We're building the feedback stack we wished existed. And we think you'll want it too.
