• Click & Scroll Data: Interaction data captured from your client's browsing of your project within our feedback widget.
• Text Feedback: Written comments and annotations provided by your clients.
• Screenshots: Visual captures of pages being reviewed.

We use the information we collect for the following business purposes:

1. To Provide the Service: Authenticate your identity, collect and organize client feedback, transcribe voice recordings, and manage your projects.
2. To Improve Our Technology: We analyze usage patterns to refine our feedback collection and summarization tools.
3. To Communicate with You: To send product updates, notify-me alerts, billing receipts, and feature announcements.
4. To Enforce Security: To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents.

• Notify Me Emails: Email addresses submitted via our notify-me form are retained until the subscriber requests removal or the product launches.
